Obligations
What we expect in return.
- Sign and re-affirm the Council's code of conduct annually.
- Keep BIS registration, GST filings and trade licences current.
- Respond to a redressal notice within seven working days.
- Accept the Redressal Board's mediation process before public escalation.
- For digital gold members: submit quarterly attestations and permit independent audit.
